## Reflection and Ray Model of Light Formula :

The Reflection and ray model of light formula is θ_{ 1(d) } in degree is equal to the product of reflection of light θ_{ 2 (d)} in degree. Hence the reflection and ray model of light formula can be written as

θ_{ 1} _{(d)}=θ_{2(d)}

Calculate the angle would it be reflected? In a ray of light strikes a surface at an angle of 70° to the normal.

### Solution :

Since, θ_{1} = θ_{2} as per the law of reflection.

Here, θ_{1} = 70°

⇒ θ_{2} = 70°

### Example 2 :

Calculate angle would it be reflected? In a ray of light strikes a surface at an angle of 150° to the normal.

### Solution :

Since, θ1 = θ2 as per the law of reflection.

Here, θ1 = 150°

⇒ θ2 = 150°
