The required fan cubic feet CFM_{(ft/min)} in feet per minute is equal to the power output hp_{(hp(E)} in Electric horsepower and multiply the constant value 1584170 and divided by the pressure p_{(pa)} in pascal. Hence the fan calculation formula can be written as

CFM_{(ft/min)}=hp_{(hp(E)}*1584170/p_{(pa)}

Here,

CFM = Cubic Feet per minute(Expressed in cu ft/min)

HP = power output (Expressed in Electric horsepowers)

P = Pressure in Pa
